Recipes for Bruising


There are two recipes for bruising in the EO Integrative Medical Guide that are fantastic.
  Use neat or dilute 50/50. Apply to area 2 - 5 times a day.  If you don't have all the oils, use what you have.

Recipe #1
5 drops helichrysum
4 d. lavender
3 d. cypress
3 d. lemongrass
3 d. geranium


Recipe #2
6 d. clove
4 d. black pepper
3 d. peppermint
2 d. marjoram
2 d. geranium
2 d. cypress
